biography

Lars is the illegitimate son of Heihachi Mishima , the founder of the Mishima Zaibatsu and patriarch of the Mishima family. Heihachi had fathered him for the sole purpose of dispelling any belief that he was a carrier of the Devil Gene . When he presented no signs of the gene, Heihachi saw no use in him and cast him aside, later forgetting of his existence.With an uncommonly high physical and mental ability, Lars became a senior ranking officer in the Mishima Zaibatsu’s elite military unit, the Tekken Force , at a young age. This was due to in part the blood that runs through his veins.As times grew dire, Jin Kazama chose to wage war against the world and establish the Zaibatsu’s independence. The Zaibatsu swept across the globe, occupying nations, space colonies, and capturing resources. Their actions soon influenced the creation of resistance groups, their largest opposition being
G Corporation , with Lars’ half-brother Kazuya Mishima now at the helm.The two factions left a trail of carnage in their wake, and Lars began to question his motives. Using his influence as a Major General, Lars orchestrated a coup d'état, forming his own rebel army Yggdrasil with 30,000 like-minded ex-Tekken Force soldiers.Jin’s plans went into motion, resulting in a failed attempt at destroying the Devil Gene and a subsequent coma. Without its leader, Heihachi seized the opportunity to take over, challenging Kazuya to another battle to end their feud—concluding with the latter as the victor.In the end, Kazuya and G Corp came out on top, continuing to shower the world in violence and pandemonium, all with the intention of rewriting the global power structure.Together with Lee Chaolan, Victor Chevalier and the added firepower of the UN, Lars amassed enough military strength to launch a revolt against the tyrant.

Lars is a man who is very much in tune with his abilities and limits, and exudes confidence because of it. He tends to keep a cool, level head in most situations, but he is known to have a slow-simmered temper. He is a natural leader, charismatic, and regimented due to his profession. Depending on where you stand with him, he will come across as militant and fearsome, or as a caring man with a stern exterior. At his core, he is altruistic, but also vengeful, as displayed in his desire to kill his father. He often takes on the role of mentor to those who benefit from his guidance, and even guardian to some. Those who he does not consider friends or allies, he will treat abrasively or sarcastically, and can come across as conceited.Having been in a military setting since his teens, he is loyal, and values discipline. Because of this, he can sometimes butt heads with those who are more free-spirited. Lars treats his subordinates as his family, and is greatly affected by the loss of any of them. He cares for their well-being and believes that strong bonds maintain efficient units. He, however, keeps personal details to himself, and won’t open up unless deep-seated trust is present. Once he gets to know someone, he is more easygoing and will behave less like a soldier.Lars has a strong sense of justice, but is morally ambiguous. He will react based on what he believes is the best course of action, even if that means being merciless. His intentions are good for the most part, but once he sets his sights on a goal, he will do what he must to attain it.

Lars is a tall, athletically built man who acts with purpose. His facial features are defined by a set of blue eyes, an aquiline nose, and full lips, framed by a square jaw. He has two scars on his face, one over his left eye and another smaller scar on his right cheek. His hair is ash blond, with sparse white streaks, and styled in upward, wild asymmetrical spikes.While muscular, he is agile as he is powerful, and can quickly close the gap between himself and his opponents. The Mishima blood in his veins grants him superhuman strength, endurance, and the ability to conduct electricity from his body. Despite this compilation, he is not all brawn—he is also intelligent. He will thoroughly consider his actions before responding, is observant, and will use conversation as a way to analyze others.Lars speaks three languages, with Swedish being his native tongue, Japanese fluently second, and English as his third. Being half Japanese, and having spent most of his life in the country, he has almost entirely taken it up as his primary language. The combination of the two cultures makes him a man of moderation, and he will often follow Japanese customs. He will occasionally speak with slang, but is more comfortable speaking formally, especially if he isn’t familiar with someone.

Main Verse This verse takes place 6 months after the events of Tekken 7.Using the full extent of his devil power and G Corporation, Kazuya Mishima went on a conquest for world domination. After defeating his father Heihachi Mishima, Kazuya intensifies his offensive to eliminate the leaderless Mishima Zaibatsu.This brutal war divided the world in two, and in the end, G Corporation came out on top. However, G Corporation showed no signs of relenting and continued to dominate the world by force. Lars amassed enough military strength to launch a revolt against the tyrant. He even formed an alliance with his long-time enemy, Jin Kazama, and began preparations for Operation Lightning, a plan to take down Kazuya and bring peace to the world.Yggdrasil welcomes more soldiers and allies into their ranks. With the help of the ingenious scientist Dr. Bosconovitch, Lars' adopted brother Lee constructs the airship Víðópnir to serve as their mobile base of operations during the war effort, in addition to developing mobile warfare units using motorbikes.

This verse is set during the events of Tekken 7 Following Jin's battle with Azazel, he disappeared into the abyss. Lars knew all too well that he hadn't perished in the fall.After joining forces with Lee Chaolan, Lars began an exhaustive search for Jin in the Middle East—his last known location. With the war continuing in his absence, and with Kazuya Mishima's Devil Power an increasing threat, Lars knew the only way to end it all was with Jin's Devil Gene.At the expense of a valued alliance with the United Nations, Lars was able to secure Jin. For now, he set aside his own malice for the benefit of the world, keeping Jin in his care at Violet Systems until he was able to regain the strength to fight—and kill—Kazuya.

This verse is set during the events of Tekken 6, after Lars recovers from his amnesia. Following a coup d'etat he orchestrated from the Mishima Zaibatsu, Lars is the leader of the rebel army Yggdrasil, comprised of over half of the Tekken Force.He is wanted either dead or captured by the conglomerate. He and his soldiers seek to bring an end to the war by opposing both the Zaibatsu, and G Corporation, now led by his corrupted half-brother Kazuya Mishima.

Set during the beginning of Tekken 6, Lars and his soldiers encounter a squad of JACKs during a raid mission. After defeating their foes, he and his soldiers are caught off guard when a JACK reactivates and self-destructs in front of them. The explosion kills Lars’ troops and leaves the rebel leader with severe amnesia. He only recovers his memories after defeating his father, Heihachi Mishima, in a battle at his estate.

This verse is set before the events of Tekken 6, while Lars is a Major General in the Zaibatsu’s Tekken Force. Alongside Nina Williams and Eddy Gordo, Lars was at the helm of the Tekken Force's most elite unit. The Tekkenshu had dramatically shifted from simple skirmishes, peacekeeping, and covert missions. They set out to conquer and destroy at Jin's command. When operations began involving civilians casualties however, Lars began to question whether what he was doing was just.

Before leaving for Japan to join the Tekken Force, he lived in Uppsala, Sweden, with his mother, Sanna Alexandersson. He had never met his father in person, and his idea of him was only based on what his mother had told him about him. He was a powerful and feared man, but his mother never spoke ill of him, unlike his relatives.

STREET FIGHTER X TEKKEN Set during the events of Street Fighter x Tekken, Lars seeks out Pandora’s Box with his partner Alisa. Their objective is to destroy it, thus preventing an imminent war between the Mishima Zaibatsu and Shadaloo.
